In a simple ceremony observed on 9thApril 2021, Hon’ble Secretary, Ministry of Finance (MoF), and Dasho CEO, Druk Holding and Investments (DHI) signed a Share Transfer Agreement in the presence of Hon’ble Chairman, DHI. The ceremony marked the transfer of ownership of Menjong Sorig Pharmaceuticals Corporation Limited (MSPCL) from MoF to DHI.
