In a simple ceremony observed on 9thApril 2021, Hon’ble Secretary, Ministry of Finance (MoF), and Dasho CEO, Druk Holding and Investments (DHI) signed a Share Transfer Agreement in the presence of Hon’ble Chairman, DHI.
